Terms
These terms set the general conditions for using the Parsegram online service. Using the service, signing in, starting a task, or paying for paid features means that the user accepts the terms below.
1. General Provisions
Parsegram provides web tools for analyzing available Telegram chats, groups, channels, and related data that is public or otherwise available to the user, and for generating exports in supported formats.
These terms govern access to the service, authentication, task launches, paid features, use of service results, and support requests.
If separate conditions, prices, limits, or technical rules are shown in the service interface, those conditions apply to the corresponding user action together with these terms.
2. Definitions
Service means the website, account area, server infrastructure, interfaces, notifications, export files, and other Parsegram features.
User means a person who opens the website, signs in, starts a task, pays for a feature, or otherwise uses the service.
Parsing task means a user request to analyze a Telegram target with selected parameters and generate a result within technically available data.
Result means a file, table, text export, status, report, or other material generated by the service after a task.
3. Scope of the Terms
The service administration provides the user with access to Parsegram features under the conditions published on the website and in the service interface.
The service may include free features, paid one-off operations, subscriptions, limits, task history, result storage, technical notifications, and support.
The specific set of features may change as the product develops. Changes to the interface, limits, prices, or technical implementation do not require a separate agreement unless applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Acceptance and Access
The terms are accepted when the user performs any action clearly related to the service: opening the account area, signing in, starting a task, choosing a paid feature, paying, downloading a result, or contacting support.
A user must sign in through one of the available authentication methods before starting parsing. The user is responsible for keeping account access secure and for actions performed through the account.
The administration may temporarily restrict access to the service or specific features during maintenance, suspected abuse, violation of these terms, security risk, or a request from a competent authority.
5. User Obligations
The user agrees to use the service lawfully, in good faith, and without violating third-party rights, Telegram rules, payment provider terms, or applicable law.
The user independently determines whether the selected Telegram target, task launch, and further storage, transfer, and use of results are lawful.
The user must not bypass technical limits, interfere with service operation, use automation outside the provided interface, overload infrastructure, transfer access to third parties for abuse, or use results for unlawful messaging, harassment, discrimination, or other unlawful actions.
The user agrees to provide accurate information needed for authentication, payment, support, and task completion, and to update such information when it changes.
6. Administration Obligations
The administration maintains the service on a reasonable availability basis, accepts user requests, and applies technical measures to protect data.
The administration may engage contractors, infrastructure providers, payment, analytics, communication, and other services when needed for Parsegram operation.
The administration is not required to guarantee uninterrupted availability, unchanged external platforms, complete results for every task, or the preservation of features in their previous form unless explicitly stated in the interface for a specific service.
7. Paid Features and Payments
Some features may be free, while others may be provided on a paid basis. Price, currency, limits, validity period, subscription terms, or one-off operation terms are shown in the interface before a paid action is confirmed.
Payments are made by cashless methods through available payment tools. A payment is considered completed when the payment provider confirms the successful operation or the operation is reflected in the service.
If the service interface includes a balance, subscription, trial period, or other accounting model, it is used only within Parsegram and is not a bank account, electronic wallet, or standalone financial product.
The user is responsible for checking the selected service, tariff, period, payment method, and other parameters before confirming payment.
8. Refunds and Refusal of Services
The user may contact support to request a refund or charge correction if the service was not provided, a technical failure occurred, or applicable law provides the relevant right.
A request is reviewed considering task status, whether a result was generated, technical logs, payment data, and other circumstances of the specific operation.
A refund may be unavailable if the task was completed successfully, the result was generated or downloaded, the user violated service terms, or the refusal is caused by circumstances outside the administration's control, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Support may request payment details, account information, operation time, and a problem description. Do not send passwords, login codes, private keys, or other secrets in support requests.
9. Results, Telegram, and Technical Limits
Results depend on Telegram availability, target chat or channel settings, access rights, selected method, limits, anti-spam restrictions, source data quality, and other technical factors.
The service does not guarantee a complete list of users, messages, comments, or other data when Telegram does not provide that data, access is limited, or the service or user lacks the required rights.
Task completion time is approximate unless the interface explicitly states otherwise. Queues, access checks, Telegram limits, network errors, and maintenance may increase completion time.
The user understands that Parsegram is not part of Telegram, does not represent Telegram, and does not control Telegram rules, interfaces, availability, or technical decisions.
10. Confidentiality and Data
User data processing is governed by the privacy policy published on the website. By using the service, the user confirms that they have reviewed that policy.
The parties agree to keep information received through service use confidential, except where disclosure is needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect rights, or has already occurred at the user's initiative.
The user must not upload, transfer, or use through the service data whose processing is prohibited by law or requires consents and grounds that the user does not have.
11. Liability
The parties are liable for violation of these terms within the limits provided by applicable law and these conditions.
The administration is not liable for user actions, unlawful use of results, Telegram restrictions, third-party service errors, communication failures, payment provider actions, inaccurate user data, or consequences of the user transferring access to third parties.
The service is provided as available at the moment of use. Forecasts, examples, demonstrations, descriptions, and preliminary estimates are not a guarantee of a specific result.
If the user violates these terms, the administration may restrict access, cancel a task, refuse further service, delete or block disputed materials, and seek protection of its rights.
12. Force Majeure
The parties are released from liability for full or partial non-performance when it is caused by force majeure circumstances that could not reasonably be foreseen or prevented.
Such circumstances may include actions of public authorities, accidents, major communication or infrastructure failures, external platform restrictions, military actions, emergencies, natural disasters, and events of a similar nature.
13. Changes and Term
These terms apply from publication on the website until replaced by a new version or withdrawn by the administration.
The administration may update these terms, prices, limits, and service rules. A new version applies from publication on the website unless stated otherwise.
Continued use of the service after changes are published means that the user accepts the updated terms.
14. Disputes and Requests
The user may send questions, claims, and requests to support. The parties aim to resolve disputes through correspondence and exchange of necessary information.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it is handled under applicable law and the rules of a competent court.
Russian is the default language of correspondence and documents unless the parties agree otherwise.
15. Contacts
For questions about the service, payments, refunds, and these terms, contact support@parsegram.com or Telegram @parsegram_support.
