Can Parsegram collect private groups?
Yes, if you have some access to the group. You can connect your own Telegram account that already belongs to the group, or invite a Parsegram service account to it.
How are members, message authors, and commenters different?
Members are users from the group list, if it is available. Message authors are people who wrote in the group during the selected period. Commenters are users who left comments under channel posts.
What can I try for free?
The first run is free for any target: a channel, a large chat, or a small group. After that, every week you can collect up to 20 chats with up to 10,000 members and channels with up to 1,000 subscribers for free. Larger targets beyond the free first run cost 149 RUB for one target.
Can I collect channel subscribers?
Yes, but only from channels where you have administrator rights. Subscribers of other people's channels cannot be collected - that is a Telegram limitation, not a limitation of our service.
Can I pay by card or crypto?
Yes. We accept payments in rubles through SBP and in any convenient cryptocurrency.
